Ok. I know it's actually been a couple of weeks since his birthday party, but time is a commodity that I have little of. So here are some pix of Xander's fist birthday.
Before the party could begin, the Queen, Xander's big sister, had to be offered a gift in order to have her blessing for the party. A dora doll seemed to be just the thing.
How about that cake! I bet he's the only kid to ever have their own personalized logo on their cake. Of course he's probably the only kid to have a personalized logo period. That's what they get for having a father that does graphic design.
It may not look like much is going on...but he's just getting started.

Time is a valuable thing around our house too!! Those pictures of Xander and Haven are so cute!! I wish I could've been there earlier to see his very own logo!! How neat!! Oh yeah, and nice picture of my big fat toe!! We are going to have to tell all of our cousins to get a blog.... I feel like I haven't talked to you this much, like EVER!! I love it!!

I couldn't agree more, but I doubt many others will join the bloggerverse. However, there is always hope.
I enjoy reading yours and Nicole's blog. Each one is very different and saturated with your individual personalities. I can keep up with what's going on and not even have to leave the couch (got wireless-I can go all over the house-kewl). That saves time and gas. And both are very expensive at the moment.
I thought your toe added just the right touch to the picture...although Dawson looks like he's about to pass out. Maybe it was the smell from the big toe...lol!

sorry about not calling you. But just know that we kept it pretty fair and hardly called anyone. I did put an invitation on the blog. Jenn & I got behind and forgot to mail out invitations...(your address was included) so we just decided to keep it small. He doesn't know anyway. I'll call you for number 2.
